Beautiful Book

I bought this book because it was on sale and my children were studying Ancient Rome in school. It was such a pleasant surprise. It looks much more expensive than it is, with elaborate pictures of art, sculpture, frescoes, and architecture from the period that help to illustrate the history. It is readable and much more in depth than I expected, especially for the coffee table type book that it is.
