Wonderful Overview of Ancient Rome

I'm a homeschooling mom and purchased this book to supplement my 1st grade daughter's study of Rome. We are using it as a read-aloud and she is really enjoying it. It gives a good overview of life in Roman times and has a nice timeline on the last two pages covering the history of Rome.
