Wrong format?

I wanted the hardcover format of this book, and I am certain that is what I selected and paid for. Instead, I received the paperback version, which is NOT what I paid for. I was expecting the hardcover, that is what I wanted, not paperback. If I wanted paperback, I would have paid a different price.
