Analysis of internal cargo handling and its incidence

The main objective of this degree work is to analyze the internal handling of cargo and to know how it affects the dispatch area in the Empresa Nacional Ecuatoriana de Transportes Pesos ENETSA S.A., whose branch is located in Santo Domingo, Av. Abraham Calazac?n N 233 and Luis Alberto Valencia, which is dedicated to the parcel service and the transport of heavy cargo on the country's highways: logs, heavy cargo, bulk cargo, dangerous goods, etc., Therefore, we studied each of the characteristics, processes or activities involved in these variables in order to know the current situation of each of them, finding as such, deficiency of handling equipment for handling loads, lack of security for the company's staff, setbacks in the activities of these processes, lack of signaling, lack of procedures, among others. Therefore, in order to investigate and study all those problems, it was necessary to carry out the mixed approach to characterize and quantify the existing problems of the company.
