An Unknown Destination: The past never forgets

By Henry Alan Brown

A gripping tale of Occupation, Resistance, and the Quest to reclaim stolen masterpieces.

In 1940, as German forces race towards Bordeaux, a Jewish physician faces an impossible choice before the darkness descends, sending his wife and daughter to safety in America or keeping them close. Underground resistance cells form in the shadows, but every act of defiance is met with Nazi brutality. Survival means trusting no one.

Decades later in Boston, lawyer Corin Hamilton takes on an elderly Holocaust survivor, seeking her legacy of seven Soutine paintings that vanished in the fog of war. As past and present collide, the hunt for truth becomes a chess match across two continents, with black market dealings and forged documents. Returning the paintings to their rightful heir means exposing family secrets buried for generations. When the only path to justice requires breaking every rule, how far would you go to right history's wrongs?

This sweeping dual-timeline historical thriller weaves WWII resistance, art theft, and courtroom battles into an epic tale of justice uniting families across the generations. Get your copy today before the price changes.
