In 2018, Cornerstone achieved a significant milestone by publishing their first book on DSTs (Delaware Statutory Trusts) titled "Modern Real Estate Investing." In response to market conditions characterized by inflation and interest rate hikes, Cornerstone recognized the need for investors to explore alternative investment strategies.
