Informative and interesting

Alligators: Life in the Wild (Step-Into-Reading, Step 3) This level 3 book has plenty of information without being cumbersome or difficult to understand. My 4 year old can't read it yet but he enjoys our reading it to him. What boy doesn't love Alligators? The artwork is quality, the next best thing to photographs. The page that tells about the mother alligator rolling the egg of a stuck baby in her mouth to help break the shell was really cool. I never heard of that before. We appreciate the format of the Step into Reading books.
