Good book on alkaline health

Good examples about what foods to avoid. The whole time reading this book w/much high-liner, what I could never get out of my head was all the information / videos of young girls / women trying to escape forced marriage to older men with sometimes already more than one wife. If I would have known the Mormon connection I would have never purchased this book.
