I have studied Kabbalah and various forms of yoga for many years now. As in the case of his other books, Gurunam has not only given the reader important concepts to consider, he has offered concrete steps to take toward fixing the problems and imbalances. It is my impression that Gurunam believes more in positive action than in continuous deliberation of a problem.
