Every obligation traced to its Article.
This book takes the Regulation's obligations in the order it creates them, names the Article each one comes from, and lets the framework emerge from that rather than imposing a four-quadrant diagram first.
The documents you have to be able to show.
Every chapter ends with a table of the artefacts its Articles require, the Article that requires each one, and who has to produce it. Compliance here is largely documentary. Those tables are the document set your programme has to build.
It says what is not settled yet.
The harmonised standards under Article 40 are still being drafted and several Commission acts have not been adopted. Where a requirement's practical content waits on a document that does not exist, this book says so instead of guessing.
Not legal advice, and no publisher can promise you compliance.
