The book is a doctoral research study that sought to investigate the efficiency and productivity of banana production in the Cameroon Development Cooperation. The study employed traditional human resource theories such as the scientific management theories and the human relation theories of Elton Mayor. It established five specific variables such as staff motivation, training, planning, economic costs, communication, supervision and leadership. The hypotheses of the study are; There's no significant impact of staff motivation, planning, training, supervision, leadership and economics costs on the efficiency and productivity of bananas. The study used quantitative research method with closed-ended questionnaires that were distributed to over a thousand respondents via a random sampling technique. On an alpha of 0.05 significant level, it was discovered that the study was statistically significant using a pearson online regression analysis. Recommendations were made.
