Just as Waka is getting her bearings with the Anti-God Research Institute, she and the other researchers are attacked by a massive snake god and Waka is abducted Dragged away by disciples of the gods, she finds out that there's an actual god living inside of her--one she has absolutely no control over. Meanwhile, Tokinaga is drowning in guilt over a number of lives that were lost in the attack. His housemate Obikawa does his best to encourage him, but Tokinaga starts to question what he's even doing with the institute at all...
