Misleading Condition (Review isn’t on the context itself)

I ordered this particular copy due to the book being described as being in very good condition. However that is not the case. Creases and dirt marks, rip in the cover. What looks to be coffee stains on the bottom and a lot of yellow dots and spots on the top. The text is still readable, so that’s the only plus for me.
Great book too learn the correct points and how recognize and let go your insecurities.

I am taking a qigong course and wanted to dive deeper into learning the acupuncture points. This book was recommended and since I am also working through my own insecurities and traumas, I thought that this might be a great resource. I highly recommend this book. When I feel fear coming in plus worry or doubt, I recognize the emotion, ask why I am feeling this way and push on a couple of points. I find myself rebalancing and being in harmony within myself, instead of becoming needy, moody, or fleeting from the emotions. Give it a read and see for yourself.

This book has many pictures and it is easy to follow. If you are looking to heal your body and emotions this is the book. Each chapter is nice and organized and explains why your body is feeling that way and how to heal it.
