Very well written, concise. Important points noted in bold type. Very thorough and detailed information. Probably have gained more knowledge from the review than from the other textbooks and reference information originally used for education.

Great Studying Material

The ACSM certification review is amazing to refresh your memory (or learn how the ACSM test is based) to build you up for your big test.
