A worthwhile read.

I have been a personal trainer at a corporate gym for over three years. This book covers many of interpersonal, soft skills, and marketing techniques required to be a successful trainer. It reviewed things I already knew but also added insights I hadn't considered before. A worthwhile investment in time and money. For those looking to get into personal training or for those wanting to kick their skills up a notch. I recommend: PT Business/Soft Skills Books: - "It's More Than Making Them Sweat" - "Selling Personal Training" - "A Trainer's Dozen" Certifications: - NSCA CSCS - NCSF PT Exercise Science Books/Websites: - "Starting Strength" and "Practical Programming" by Mark Ripptoe [...]
