Heartwarming Book!

This is the most heartwarming book. If you love animals you will love this book. It is the perfect gift to give to friends that love animals. Also the perfect gift to give to someone that has lost a beloved four legged friend.

A Search For The Perfect Dog

I found this little book to be simple, but written with much love and very heartwarming. Have your tissues ready ! I also loved the black and white photos of the author's dogs that he's met so far on his journey. Their expressions were priceless, especially of the author as a child with his guardian angel, "Rusty". He made me want to volunteer at my local Humane Society, if only to keep a lonely dog company for a while. This book can easily be read in one sitting. If you own a dog, it will definitely make you want to give it an extra big hug, even if it's not perfect ! Thanks Gary for a delightfully sensitive, and caring book about man's(and woman's )best friend !

Sometimes What You're Looking for You Already Have

My wife and I lost our beloved dog recently. We were loaned this book by a close friend in hopes it would help us, it has. We have been amazed at how some one else has the same love for dogs that we share. It has helped us let go of some of the pain and focus on all that he taught and shared with us. This is a book for all who love life and dogs.
