A Scent of Greek [Large Print]

By Tina Folsom

A scorned mortal with a secret plan.

A god stripped of his memories, ripe for a lesson in love.

Dionysus, the hedonistic god of wine and ecstasy, carelessly discards his latest mortal conquest, Ariadne, dismissing their passionate night as meaningless. But the goddess Hera has witnessed enough of his callousness. In a swift act of divine intervention, she steals Dionysus's memories, hoping to teach him the meaning of humility.

Ariadne is wounded by Dionysus's cruel dismissal and wants nothing to do with the arrogant god. But when she stumbles upon him bloodied, beaten, and suffering from amnesia, a mischievous plan takes root. Seizing the opportunity, she pretends to be his fianc e, weaving a web of fabricated affection. As the charade deepens, the lines between pretense and genuine emotion blur, and Ariadne finds herself unexpectedly drawn to the vulnerable god he has become.

But what will happen when Dionysus's memories return? Will Ariadne face his divine wrath for her deception, or could a mortal woman truly capture the heart of a god who has finally learned to love?
