Excellent Book

This book taught me valuable lessons about myself and why I do and say certain things. It taught me how to change the things I do not like about myself and how to move forward in life, instead of repeating the same cycles over and over again. It is written in simple language, easily understood with deep insights. I would challenge anyone who has a character defect they would like to rid themselves of to not only read this book, but savor its every word.

"the teachings of this book saved my life"

"The Voices Within" concept described in this book save my life. I was a dying anorexic/bulimic with little hope. After working "The Voices Within" process, I am healthy, productive and living life to the fullest.

"...A unique and engaging approach to wellness"

"A Roadmap to the Soul" is a unique and engaging approach to wellness and the development of the "Whole Person." While it is written as a self-help book, one immediately recognizes its value for parents who are seeking ways to encourage their children to develop a positive self-concept. The authors' extensive use of metaphors such as the "Protector" and "True Self" provide a rich array of language that can be used to communicate the key concepts of mental wellness in a manner that pre-teens through adults can understand."
