Pilates in photos and his own words

If you want pictures of Joseph Pilates doing a lot of his basic exercises and if you want a short explanation of his ideas in his own words, then this is worth the price. Nothing about his machine/s however. Just mat pilates.

Great to read the original philosophy which is still relevant today along with the excercise system almost 100 yrs later. Proof Pilates is a proven system and not just a passing fad
