I enjoyed "A Padre Pio Profile" for several reasons and would definitely recommend it.First of all, I enjoyed reading about Padre Pio. His life is inspiring and moving. It is amazing that a saint like Him lived in this day and age.Secondly, I enjoyed the format of the book. It was easy to read because it was broken up into short stories/interviews. It was easy to pick up and read a few pages without feeling lost or confused. The interviews and information also made the book seem very real.Thirdly, I enjoyed learning more about Padre Pio's devoted followers. I've read several books about Padre Pio and I liked the fact that this book focused more on His followers and how they were touched by Him. As such, I learned more about Padre Pio, while also learning about the people that He helped.Finally, I enjoyed reading a book that reminds me about the true purpose of life: serving and loving God. This book was inspiring and helped me to gain more hope and energy in my efforts to live a pure, God-centered life. This book is definitely interesting and inspiring and very worthwhile. If you believe in God, it will help to renew and invigorate your faith. If you just enjoy reading about people, it will help you to learn more about one of the 20th century's most dynamic personalities.
