The current technological development has made it possible to integrate in the same articulation the processes of capital accumulation, political domination and socio-cultural manipulation at the international level, bringing as a consequence, that the obtaining of capital and therefore, its accelerated accumulation, is increasingly detached from the production process.Likewise, the tendencies that technologies have exhibited in contemporaneity have created the conditions for a set of transformations of the economy in general and in particular of the functional forms of capital, that is to say, they are the transmission pulleys that allow the relations of capitalist domination to acquire qualitatively different features, thus perpetuating the unequal development between developed and underdeveloped countries.
