Entertaining, well written

This is about a man named Jesse who is fighting hard to save his neighborhood from a developer. Enter Tori, a former air force captain, daughter of the developer and partner in his developing firm. When Jesse and Tori meet sparks fly and a relationship is kindled. entertaining book.
