This is a cookbook that uses no eggs, or egg bi-products, such as liquid egg whites. It shows egg substitutes for people who cannot eat any form of egg. Egg bi-products are in so many things and I had no idea what was making me sick. After the book was almost written, I realized I was also allergic to wheat and soy. I tried to remove everything with wheat and soy too, but I'm afraid there are a few recipes that still contain wheat or soy.
