Good Condition/ Nice Customer Service

The book came in good condition and shipping was came on estimated date. However, I ordered the wrong book for my class and this was my fault completely fault. Email was quick in response and the person on the phone was very helpful and told me that selling it back myself would be most beneficial rather than returning and paying a restocking fee.
