Loved this book, went in blind. Pleasantly surprised.

Read this in one day!

This is a great book - it kept me hooked right from the start! I like the aspect of the character flaws. It's not terribly often I see substance issues written into fantasy books. Half-bloods and tyrannical rulers. A badass female assasin. It couldn't put it down when I started it and once I finished it, I immediately went to check online to order the second one. I'll have to be patient for the second instalment. Highly recommend!
