Hot White Chocolate...WOW!!!

I have never really enjoyed reading and I am currently trying to change that! It usually takes me quite a while to complete a book of any size, however, I read "A Box of White Chocolate" in about a day and a half! I simply could not put it down...always wanting to see what happens next! It didn't turn out like I thought it would but that being said, it was a wonderful read!!! Daamon really spoke the truth on many black females...if I didn't know better, I'd think a black female actually wrote this book!!! LOL!!! He really tells it like it is....so remember single ladies, don't be a fool like Bailey was!!! What you're looking for in a man may not come in the package you expect it to...LOL!!!

A BOX OF WHITE CHOCOLATE

The author made a gallant effort in highlighting glitches, snags and eccentricities that many single, professional women endure. He effectively addresses a "real issue" in today's world. I truly support his efforts! I enjoyed reading the book from beginning to end. I read it in three days -- at night before bed, and on the subway to and from work. A great book to read with a close circle of girlfriends (book club perhaps). I LOVED IT -- just the right amount of humor and slang. And, yes, I did want Bailey and Tony to live happily ever after, which is probably what everyone else who read the book was thinking, but the author took the ending in a totally different direction HA HA! To my coworker/author Daamon Speller -- Good Luck To You and bring on the next one! Carrla Holmes, Washington, DC

It Rocks!

I am so excited to see that another inspiring author has made it. At least in my eyes you have. I recently purchased your book, A Box of White Chocolate, and it rocked. I have read every author out there, from Eric Dickey, Zane, Pamela Ye-Ye, Francis Ray etc, I just love them all, and now I am adding you to my list. I loved it! I couldn't stop reading A Box of White Chocolate, I literally woke up early in the morning to read it and even took it to work with me. I love how you made the characters come to life especially Bailey & Tony. I was just wondering if you plan to a sequel to the book. I would love to hear what happens to Bailey & Tony.

LOVE IT! LOVE IT!

I loved the book (A Box of White Chocolate) and enjoy the writing style. Once I started reading, I couldn't put the book down. I am one of those black sista's he wrote about. Thanks for the insight! I can't wait for your next novel.

GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I loved the novel. It was very interesting it's a great debut novel. I can't wait for there to be an part 2. I loved Bailey character. It takes a strong woman to turn her back on love, even if he's the wrong color!
