Meaningful gift to receive and give

This book was a gift to my first born from her Godparents and I loved it then. Recently I gave birth to my son and wanted to read the book again (I have this book tucked away as a special book to share with my daughter when she's older) and was so deeply touched by it. I will give this gift to all my friends and family who have babies, since it's meant so much to me. I want to share the joy. This book really does convey the specialness of infants in a way I haven't experienced before.

This amazing book is filled with beautiful pictures and beautiful poems about baby. Great gift for a baby shower or for anyone who has just had a baby

A must have book for any child!

My third child recieved this book as a baby gift. I thought the book would be a special "no touch" book with the beautiful pictures. I had no idea that my 14 month old would absolutely adore this book. She gets this book over any other book and sits on the bed and points to all the babies. This "no touch" book as turned into a book that has been looked at with lots of love.

A beautiful, gift for a new baby

The beautiful old illustrations are very nostalgic. It is especially appropriate for a grandparent to give. The text too, includes all of what one wishes for a child in his life.
