As a Alternative School Principal I find this work invaluable for inservicing our staff.I have High Schoolers, Middle Schoolers and Elementary students in a separate location.Discipline has changed as have the students and this conceptually fits the students.Excellent work for secondary school discipline.Being a Wm.
