A true Must Have cookbook

Nothing fresh or frozen in these recipes- and none of them need additional water! The broths and fluids in the cans allow for needed liquid in cooking. Shop for and pack a few of these meals in a box and you are set for camping or even eating a few nights when the power is out. A true Must Have cookbook.

Finally!!! Exactly what I've been trying to find. Every ingredient is shelf sustainable. It's a cookbook for survival. It drives me crazy when you buy a book like this but the recipe calls for fresh this or that. This book sticks to its word. It all comes from a shelf. No refrigeration necessary. Hard to find.
