A Pratical Approach to Project Management

Written by Dave McCowan Lou Russell takes a practical approach to project management. Project management is a complex, highly developed field. Lou demonstrates her mastery of project management through this book. I appreciate Lou taking the science of project management and presenting it in layman language. I wish this book would have been available when I wrote a college level introduction to project management for adult learners. It was difficult to find a book that took a practical approach to project management. This book would have provided the students with a user-friendly approach to project management. This book helpes me better use the complex concepts of project management. I have used these 10 steps in my personal and professional life.
