Great way to step back in to it start fitness slowly without it intimidation!

I read this book not because I'm a senior (I'm not quite there yet) but because I'm having a knee issue that precludes me from doing any fitness that involved knee bending or being on knees. This was just the right amount of strength training to get me motivated & helped me feel like I wasn't a lump, wallowing in self-pity because I couldn't exercise. If this resonates with you at all, give it a go! The author gives great instructions & illustrations as well as advice on how to ramp up (or down) the exercises when you feel you're ready.
