Book had 30 puzzles completed in pen!!

I ordered this book that was listed to be in GOOD condition. When it arrived, the first 30 puzzles had been done in pen. This is unacceptable. The description of the product should have said that the first 30 puzzles were done. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS AT ALL. I would have bought this book from another vendor because 30% of the book is not available to me!!
