Great Tool

It's true. When you keep a log, you're more inclined to follow it and produce better results. This is the perfect tool for the gym. It gives me a progressive track of my gains and keeps me in check.

Would not work out with out it

Great book full of good info too... in 52 weeks I will be back to buy it again ...I don't think I will ever work out with it ever again....it would make a great gift
