This Book is A Jewel that Been Hidden for Years

I had been wanting a book to help me work out every muscle of the body, (they say if you don't use it....). I came across this book which i believed to have been a Godsend. This is not a workout book so much as it is conditioning. It is simple enough to do for beginners, and she also has an advanced level. The excercises are geared to properly condition your muscles before going on to working out if you so choose, weight lifting... etc. Yet, with these exercises you might not even need to do those things. Simple as they are, when i was doing it a while back, i REALLY felt in in my core, even after only a short time of doing the workout. She believes in developing our inner "girdle" as she calls it. She shares a testimonial of how a woman had a smooth delivery because of having developed her inner muscles thru this workout. These days we have many programs for stretching but i believe there is something different about this. She also encourages daily graceful maneuvers for women, and incorporates movements to help some that have been impaired medically (sorry but i don't remember specifics there). I love this book for the simplicity of the conditioning workouts that are yet oh so effective it seems.
