flawed but worthy

A good short biography of Hitler. A great refresher of a book for a person with a causal interest in the topic. The book is flawed by Wykes quite incorrect belief that Hitler had syphilis, and his claim to have witnesses is unconvincing, and if he does have them, why not produce them? Still, all in all a worthy book, and like most of the Ballantine's Illustrated series excellent, serious, scholarly and with a great number of pictures from the time.
