Great for heart patients & tri-athletes & everyone else

A friend gave me this after I was in the hospital for heart disease. Within a week I bought a heart rate monitor and began exercising this way. Four years later, I am still exercising regularly, and my heart is fully recovered. This approach makes exercise easy! The book is especially good because it tells how to really figure your target heart rate, and it tells you how and why you must warm up and cool down.
