I love the section on potatoes in this book..I tried the garlic mashed potatoes and they were excellent.. I plan to try the gluten free white bread.. chocolate chip cookies, and banana ice cream..

Pretty Good.

I bought this book as a gift for my sister who's child has MAJOR allergies and she seems to just love it- I was a little disappointed with what it said for substitutions though- it was all stuff she already knew! But she still likes it!

The recipes in the book are easy and delicious, but the information in the book on what to substitute when really opens the doors to making your old favorite recipes allergy free. This book really covered it all for me. I highly recommend it!
