Theory heavy in a wonderful way

Constance Penley is one of the more theoretical writing in film studies, but that does not make her work difficult, or obscure. This is now seen as an early classic of her work, and worth every minute of reading time. A must have for anyone interested in the deeper cultural meanings of science fiction and feminism.
