Exercise Ball Basics

This book was recommended by the trainer at the Gym I go to. It is an excellent book that starts with the basics and takes you well into using the exercise ball for a complete body shaping workout. And the workout is much tougher than it looks. Just the 'warm up' gives you a pretty fair workout and then you get into the actual 'workout'!
