THIS BOOK BEGINS IN 1900 AND GOES THROUGH THE 1998 SEASON.IT IS 631 PAGES LONG. THE BOOK IS EXQUISITELY DETAILED. IT COMES COMPLETE WITH OVER 1300 PICTURES. IF YOU LOVE AMERICA'S FAVORITE PAST TIME, THEN THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU. IF YOU WANT TO FIND SOMETHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH THE YEAR 1961, THEN ALL THAT YOU HAVE DO IS FIND THAT PARTICULAR YEAR AND START READING. I PERSONALLY LOVED THIS BOOK BECAUSE I AM A HUGE BASEBALL FAN. EVEN THOUGHT THE BOOK WAS 630 PAGES PLUS I ENJOYED THIS BOOK COVER TO COVER. FOR THOSE WHO DON'T LIKE BASEBALL, YOU CAN PURCHASE THE BOOK FOR A RELATIVE WHO IS COMPLETLY OBSESSED WITH BASEBALL. IT WOULD MAKE A GREAT GIFT.
