Comprehensive with great tips

This review will be in list-form just like the book -Contains vivid quality photography, which is an important component for me in such health books -The numbered sections (150) allows easy skimming and fast reading - each effective energy booster contains detailed information backed up with medical findings and written in a fluid conversational manner that is enjoyable to read. -The tips can be done immediately. Bowden offers specifics on activities and for what kinds of foods to eat, and where to get them.

The Human Energy Bible!

To go through life full of energy, with an optimistic mindset is something we all want. This book by Dr Jonny Bowden gives you 150 strategies to get more energy into your life. I enjoyed several of Bowden's other books because they are well written, in language you and I can understand, he makes clear why certain foods, supplements, etc will or will not work for you. This certainly applies to this book. Above all his books are fun to read because he has a nice sense of humour. The book is printed on durable paper, has some nice illustrations and an excellent lay-out. The strategies included in the book include foods and supplements you can take, this information takes up about half of the book. There are shorter sections about exercise, improving your sleep, organizing your living space and how to detoxify your body. Most of the information has a basis in science, with some small excursions into subjects like acupuncture and Feng Shui. All in all this is an excellent and up-to-date guide for anyone interested in health and fitness.

I was doing everythink wrong!

I'm on the run so the one thing I have to have is Energy. Even though I'm in the fitness world, I still like my ice cream from time to time. Jonny's book made me look at things in a different light and pay attention to why I was getting tired and not able to function all day. Love this book and it's a great one to keep with me to keep me focused!

Excellente Information, easy to put to practice

Excellent book, since I've started reading it I haven't been able to stop. It's a reference guide, you don't have to read the chapters in order, the information is presented in an informal language yet very accurated. Many easy tips to follow and encouraging ways to get more energized and achieve your goals of a better and healthier life.

Boost Your Energy by Jonny Bowden

This is one of the best books I have read on over all fitness and increasing your energy level. Easy to read, good information, makes a lot of sense. We some how think we can abuse our bodies, eat junk food, don't exercise, and still think we should feel energized all the time. This book explains how you can feel good and live a healthy, energized life.
