This is a short story about a young girl, Zora, who was very sad and lonely, who lives in a small rural area in Kentucky with her family, which includes 2 sisters, 2 brothers, and her parents. This story is base on a true person. Her mother loved her very much, but the rest of her family was not loving. She dreams of having a loving family and a best friend. So, Zora prayed every day for a loving family and a best friend.One stormy day, Zora became very ill. The Doctor came over to give her medicine. She slept for 2 days.While sleeping, she dreams of a land far, far away called the New Kingdom. In this beautiful magical land, she meets friends, which included talking animals, trees, and a girl her age who plays a violin. She met the king of this kingdom, who made her dream come true.
