Inspiration comes in many forms. Sometimes it wakes me in the middle of the night, sometimes it springs from a picture or a sight I see or even the line of a song. My family are a treasure and the source of many ideas that end up in poems. The adventurous life that I have led, having lived in both the city and the bush, also gives me a wide range of experiences to draw on.
