After being assigned to the task of heading the Cold Case Unit, Detective Damien Tyson has found himself in the spotlight once again. The twenty-year veteran has more than proven his ability to adapt and keep himself on a pedestal. After uncovering the injustice, state and community leaders have become involved. Not everyone is pleased with this collaborative effort and the attention it has stirred. Especially those connected to the files they closed to gain personal rewards.
Detective Tyson's problems mount as his obligation to the department once again affects his personal life.
