①Each time you are going to make note of your thought, you simply write the number you are at. Let say you just started to give focus to your thoughts today, therefore you would start with number 1.
②You will then write the date.
③Then you'll write down exactly what you are thinking about in the column 'My Thoughts Now' at that particular time.
④In the next column, you will write your truth. Your truth is everything positive and all the great things you want in your life.
★Let's say you wore that you were thinking that, "you are not good enough."
