The parent-child relationship is the most important relationship we will ever have. This special bond affects the

physical, emotional, and social development of the child and thus is the foundation for possibly every other

relationship the child will have. Often this relationship creates the basis for the child's belief system and may

affect who and what the child becomes. Parenting today is not like it has ever been in any other generation. Some of

the basics will always remain the same, but children today need parenting on a whole other level because the world

has changed so greatly even in the last five years.
