Book Overview

This is a story of several young people who lived at a time the world was at peace with no wars on the home front. The Main Characters are Allen Johnson a hard working young man who lives alone has many friends, he does have a girlfriend that has been close to him for years they are not married yet but he is in love with her. Her name is Samantha Edwards who lives with her mother and her brother Jake, they live in the country fairly close to Allen. Allen inherited his farm when his folks passed, owns some cows does his own bailing and farming uses Jake Edwards to help along with Samantha on occasions, they have a lot of friends who will be introduced as the story unfolds with situations that occur during the novel. Allen is a husky young man; his word is his bond.
