This book is 72 pages summarizing what a person needs to know about mercury fillings. My personal opinion is that we should avoid having mercury being used in our mouth and that we should at least phase out the mercury already there by having them replaced whenever we have a choice. It may also be wise to do it proactively if it can be afforded or if you have the symptoms mentioned in this book. The author is short and to the point. He has small chapters on related issues like other toxic metals and options in terms of what to replace mercury fillings with, giving the pros and cons of each. There is about 10 pages of documentation to support the assertions he is making.
