A writer of non-fiction Christian books, he is also a businessman, evangelist, pastor, teacher, keynote, and international speaker. In 1979, he founded a successful family business, and in 1982 he added the roles of pastor and evangelist. He is also a certified coach, trainer, and speaker through two programs, the John Maxwell Team and the Deeper Path Team by Kary Oberbrunner, a Wall Street Journal and USA Today-named bestselling author.

Evans' combined experiences have honed his leadership skills and his collaborative abilities. For a time during his ministry, he also had his own TV program in North Carolina and a radio show that aired in several states.

Today, Evans shares his business and ministry leadership experiences around the globe, where his dynamic motivational speaking style attracts audiences to his powerful sermons, informative teaching, and inspirational keynote speaking.

His non-profit, Daniel Evans Ministries, is an international 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with ongoing ministry partners in India, China, Liberia, Kenya, Haiti, and Romania. He is also the author of seven other books before Your Time, including Your Guide to 40 Days of Prayer & Fasting, Extraordinary Giving, and A Commitment to Unleash Your Leader Potential. He has also written several other prayer and fasting guides that include a 21-day generic guide and a 21-day guide for each month of the year.

He has also crafted teaching curriculum, such as "3 Steps to Basic Financial Stability," which includes practical tools created for business owners and anyone's personal finances.

Evans lives in North Carolina with his wife and son, and he has a grown, married daughter and a son who also reside in the state. He is associate pastor at his home church in the Raleigh/Durham area.
