Your Story, Your Healing
A year of rewriting your story.
What if the story you are telling yourself is not the one God is writing?
Some of us are living in a chapter we never chose. A season where our voice was diminished, our courage went quiet, and the narrative running in our heads was handed to us by someone else.
Amanda Viviers wrote this book from exactly that place. Sitting in a boardroom far from home, she realised she was living the wrong story. What healed her was not hustle or reinvention. It was a pen, a page, and the God who has always healed his people by hearing their stories.
Your Story, Your Healing is a year-long journey of writing your way home. Thirteen chapters to carry you through the year, each with a gentle reflection, scripture, a prayer, and honest questions for your page. You will look back at where your story began, tell the truth about today, recover rest and delight, find your truest voice, claim your own name, and learn to offer yourself the compassion you give so freely to everyone else.
Research shows that writing about our hard places heals us, in mind and body. Scripture has known it all along. You were known before you were born, and your story is still being written.
This is not a book to read. It is a book to write. And when you reach the last page, you will discover the secret woven through every chapter: your healing was never only for you.
Somebody needs your story. It is time to write it.
